Most people in his creative circle call him as Damn Danial, a nickname that naturally evolved into his visual identity and artistic brand.

Danial is a Kazakhstan based photographer focusing on live music, festivals and the emotional intensity of performance.

He began his creative journey in 2021 as a videographer in Almaty, joining the collective Pater123. From that moment, live shows became more than just a subject of documentation. They became part of his identity.

Since 2022, he has been capturing the spirit of the regional scene. His portfolio includes major local festivals such as OYU Fest, Sxodim Fest, and Beu Fest. He has collaborated with acts like Dudeontheguitar, Shiza, Ninety One, Jah Khalib, and more. In 2024, he joined Rolling Loud Thailand as the official photographer for one of the performing acts

His images have been published by the artists themselves and featured in various local media outlets.

In 2024, he studied at the New York Film Academy, where he was introduced to the practice and philosophy of art photography.
It was there that the idea of printing his own work and developing this culture back home in Kazakhstan.

Since 2025, he has been actively cultivating the culture of fine art music photography in Kazakhstan, aiming to preserve and elevate the country’s modern music movement through printed works and limited-edition releases.

Danial approaches photography not just as a medium, but as a form of cultural memory, turning moments of sound and light into timeless visual archives.
